Kim Koenen relocated to the Mountain Home area in 2005. She is the mother of eight and grandmother of 18! Her daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren are in Southern Wisconsin. While their eldest son served 8 years in the Marine Corps serving 3 active tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan. Kim has 2 other sons that have served in the Navy, also serving several active tours. Her son in law served in the Marine Corps for 6 years with an active tour duty. She appreciates all the vets who have served! Kim's second oldest daughter is with the SRO with Mountain Home Public Schools.

Kim has achieved a high level of success in all of the trending real estate markets including the down cycle. Also, earning several local awards for multi million dollar producer and customer service in being voted "Best Realtor" Since 2010, along with "Best Real Estate Company and Best Broker". Kim currently works to provide great service and prides herself on being a selling agent, not just a listing agent. Kim's background is in marketing prior to becoming a real estate agent.

While Kim has a passion for horses, She also enjoys many hours fishing & boating (along with diving) on the many lakes and rivers our area has to offer. Kim currently owns a large ranch where she has a multitude of animals from cows and horses to chickens, dogs, cats, and much more. She is thrilled to have moved to a community that offers so many opportunities and a wholesome environment. She is truly grateful to have found such peace and serenity in the Ozarks.
