Southern Breeze Real Estate began in 2010 as an idea to overcome issues of a failing economy. Kim Koenen knew that even in a down market, buyers and sellers still wanted and needed their dreams realized and real estate agents had to change the way they conducted business. Selling homes in Mountain Home, Arkansas and the surrounding areas had to be about the individuals, whether they were the sellers or the buyers of the home.
